A monumental church building in the north of the city, which a certain Bissos, son of Bardas had built in the 6th century - after Butler, the second largest church in the entire northern Syrian limestone massif. This wide arcade basilica - its vault was once supported by only four cross-shaped pillars, which is why the building is even more destroyed than the south church - is now integrated into an agricultural property. Attached to it are two mausoleums (recreated from the burial temple in the southeast), one of which is currently used as a chicken coop. In it rests Bissos, about whose profession - large landowner, priest or bishop - there is disagreement in literature.
