Probably the most well-known aspect of Dalyan are the rock graves, Lycian tombs cut from rock, circa 400 BC, the best of which seem to look down on the river, though some minor ones are at lower levels. In 2016 I tried to "get" them all, and then decided to give them a sub-gallery of their own.
In the caption to the second picture in this gallery I explain how I grouped them. The hill all graves are in you'd pass when going from Dalyan (taking a rowing boat ferry to cross) to Kaunos.
