Next to the mosques there is the book market from where I entered the complex. There is a number of gardens here, some of them containing graveyards, but also a building - under restoration in 2008 - that seemed to be used to strengthen the voice of a speaker, so it could be heard over great distances. The man who told me so explained it was one of two of such buiklding still in existence in the country. I expect to learn more about it by 2009 or so, when it should be ready.
