On the picture: The building inscriptions above the men’s entrance, mentioning that Ömer Bin Ibrahim had been appointed by Prince Beyazıt to follow up the construction. A ceiling of muqarnas (stalactite vaulting, a decoration initiated by the Seljuk) adds a solemn finishing touch to the statements’ calligraphy.
