After a stroll along the coast I decided to see what the town looked like uphill. It cost me litres of sweat, for temperatures were in the mid-thirties - and I walked, or rather climbed - but now I know.

Along this steep street there were many small houses, some of them in deep disrepair, others being renovated. Lovely neighbourhood.
