A nice stained glass window in ‘Art nouveau’ style. Outside Istanbul and Izmir, a rather rare phenomenon.
Art nouveau is a style of architecture and applied arts, that emerged at the end of the 19th century. It is characterized by the use of organic motifs, especially floral and other plant-inspired designs, as well as its highly stylized and flowing curvilinear forms.
