You may notice that, although most of my pictures may give the impression the whole town is full of old houses, new ones have been (and are being) built, there is a whole "yeni kent" or new town at one side of the town, and at some other sides I saw preparations for construction too. Luckily there is an awareness of the beauty of the country, so high rises and large hotels will not become the eye sores they can be elsewhere.
