I stayed a couple of times in a hotel that had the great advantage of a restaurant on the top floor with some great views.

The Bosporus is in the distance, the mosque near the middle corner is the Zeynep Sultan. More to the left the roof of the Alay Kösk. And to the right top corner part of the Topkapi Palace.
