Shots taken at what was mistaken for an agora but was a macellum. A macellum was for the sale of, usually high quality and often imported, foods. It was a square of 75 x 75 meters, with columns and shops surrounding a central space. All sides have entrances. Shops on the west and north side face alternatively a street outside, the other sides have no direct connection to the outside. Shops on the south side were two stories high. In the centre of the macellum a construction is visible, the function of which is unknown. The macellum dates from the second half of the 2nd century AD.
