Next to the Kale Mosque, in between the citadel and the meagre remains of the Dış Kale (large city walls) a structure with domes and vaults has been unearthed. Medieval, anyway. 14th century Karanmanoğlu, probably.
In the background (left side): a short segment of ‘Orta Kale’ (Middle Castle), the smaller of the double set of Karamanoğlu city walls.
