The museum is housed in a former Roman bathhouse, so it is huge. It has some fine sculptural work, such as some nice sarcophagi and pieces that adorned the theatre building. I saw what I presume to be copies being installed in the latter. I will add captions soon, but I will first edit the pictures of Hierapolis proper, publish those, than head back to the museum.
Light conditions were adequate but in some cases a bit harsh, also I think several colour temperatures were used, and in some cases you will spot in shadows the blue from the outside sky. I corrected in some cases, mainly for clarity, in some cases I may have changed what seemed to be a yellowish stone to a more neutral white. I kept the raw originals, though.
