Sally at the Customs Office/Border Checkpoint/ Police Station at the border between Vietnam and Cambodia
After a two hour boat ride from Chau Doc, Vietnam we had to stop here before entering Cambodia. We still had another four hour boat ride to Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
