I like this one more than the previous shot (both are excellent) as it give me a stronger impression of a stormy coastline. The sea spray covers the lower third of the shot from left to right and is darker (than the previous shot) all of which give me the impression of very rough seas guarded by the lighthouse. In the previous shot there's more of an impression of infrequent large waves breaking on rocks and the overall appearance is less threatening. This shot also has more of a minimalistic feel as it lacks the other man made distracting items telegraph poles/wires etc. In fact I think I'd like this shot even more if the small building to the left were gone too.
