It was 65 yesterday. This morning I woke up again to snow. I delayed going in to work as long as I could, watching the snow fall so fast and thick it was hard to see across the street. The wind was even worse, shaking windows when it blew. I decided to stop at the high school to interview a "student of the week", so I took a back way in. Later I heard there were white out conditions on the highway I would have taken if I'd gone directly into work, the snow and wind combining to make it impossible to see even 10 feet in front of the car. This is supposed to happen in January. Not March. Gah. Flowers were needed today.
