Cosmos and honeybee

Cosmos grows wild in a corner of my garden, a welcome invader from a neighbour’s place that comes up each year in the wet season and comes into flower as the wet-season begins to ebb. I believe this is Cosmos sulphurea.

Cosmos flowers are quite attractive to a number of insects. This is a wonderful shot, the honey bee colour coordinated with the flower! V
