Mel Bassi was our uncle on Karen's side and he passed away on May 2, 2007. Uncle Mel was married to Lillian, sister of Esther Majoros Criswell (Karen's mom), for 58 years.
Mere words can not describe what a great person Uncle Mel was and it would take many words to detail all of his accomplishments in his life. He was the finest genuine people-person I have ever known. We extend our sincere condolences to Aunt Lillian, and cousins Brad, Keith, Neil and Mitch and everyone who loved Mel.
