Jerry was in the area visiting from his home in Tallapoosa, GA. He went to Palm Springs Junior High and Hialeah High with me in the early and mid-1960's. Jerry served in the U. S. Marine Corps after graduating from Hialeah High in 1965. He served as a Corporal in Viet Nam during his four years active duty.

Jerry was a regular at almost weekly poker games at my home and Bob Zimmerman's home throughout the 1970's. He stayed in touch with me throughout the years and he and his wife Liz came to our every ten year reunions for the Hialeah High Class of 1965.
