The description is misleading because three of us were hard pressed to finish it all and we had help from our three-year old grandson Keagan. This flourless chocolate cake has seasonal beer caramel, white chocolate maple brittle and vanila bean ice cream.

The Phantom Canyon has been one of our favorite restaurants in Colorado Springs for decades. Due to my declining health situation I don't know if this dinner was my last one there or not but just in case I wanted to post a photo of one of their delicious desserts in case I never make it back there.
