North is at the top. Dressel's Dairy (upper left side) was formerly the Milam Dairy until 1941. It was a very popular place on weekends, especially for families with children, because of great ice cream, milk shakes, malks, etc., their kiddie rides and their farm animal petting zoo. There are ground level photos of the kiddie rides at Dressel's Dairy in the "Attractions Gallery" at http://www.pbase.com/donboyd/memories_attractions in the 1964 time frame.
Note the airborne jetliner about to touch down on runway 9-left at Miami International Airport. The northwest corner of MIA is chock full of old propliner aircraft in this photo.
