This is kind of amazing to see because the entire area around the Country Club is overdeveloped now. Palm Springs North starts at the lower left corner of this image. There are only a couple of homes built in this image near the lake. Jackie Gleason would have a large home built below the lake with the back facing the golf course in another year or two.
