I was 5 or 6 at the time of the photo, depending on the month the photo was taken.

A nickel to the first person to identify the year of the car?

The car had a license plate beginning with a "4", which meant that Pinellas County was the 4th most populated county out of 67 counties in Florida based on the 1950 census. "3" was Hillsborough County, "1" was Dade County, and "10" was Broward County. I can't remember what "2" was - probably Duval County.
