Inside the British Museum

London, England

Inside the center atrium looking up at the sky. What appear to be buildings on the side are actually the entrances to 2 of the 3 wings of the museum. The center structure holds restaurants, gift shops, etc. If you look closely at the glass ceiling, you will see the occasional tail of a pigeon and some dirt, though I tried to get rid of a lot of it. The British Museum is a definite must see and, like practically everything else we visited, we didn't spend nearly enough time there.

Great isn't it? And there's no hint of this as you walk in from the street. Personally, I'm not into historical artefacts, but it's a great place to visit anyway.

Excellent composition for this famous building, and perfect with that wide angle lens. V.
