Our Last and Best Geothermal Spa Pool

Mývatn District, Iceland

Not exactly my best or most artistic picture, but it gives you an idea what a geothermal pool, this time fresh water unlike the Blue Lagoon, in the middle of a very pristine and not too populated area looks like. It was about 20°F (-6 °C) outside, but about 95°F (35 °C) in the water. Once you are in, you never want to leave.
