Mývatn District, Iceland

Part of our super Jeep tour involved going out to where the two tectonic plates, North American and Euro Asian, come together. The snow was glistening, fresh and deep. Not the kind of place you could go with a normal rental car.

Nicely captured, Dan. Although this looks like an early morning shot, I would think this would be later in the afternoon, given the latitude and time of year.
