Every year on the weekend before Thanksgiving my home town, Castle Rock, lights up the street lights
and also the large star that sits on top of the rock that gave the town its name. We decided to take
Beth for a walk in town to show her the lights. This shot shows a scene from the main thoroughfare
with the star on the rock showing just above the street light. The star itself is about 20 feet tall
and stands on the rock a few hundred feet above the town.
It's seems the holiday season has arrived in a hurry!
