A Response In Kind

We've had a lazy day, waiting for our friends daughter to arrive for few days. I spent a little while
outside the back yard looking for opportunities and this dragonfly (correction: damselfly) flew into
view, so I'm using it as a THANK YOU to Kevin Sargent for his kind comment on his PAD shot yesterday.
Check out Kevin's shots - you're sure to learn a thing or two about nature and history!

NOTE TO BEV: Hannah arrived in one piece.

I like the color of this Damselfly fits this time of year well. V

No need for accuracy on PBase, I hear ya. Now, about how the tail is in far greater focus than the eyes...is that what you were going for with this _dragonfly_ (sic)? ;) /MOG
Dave Wixx30-Sep-2007 04:40
Thank you MOG. The damselfly is part of the dragonfly order, so my statement stands.
Guest 30-Sep-2007 04:02
Note to Dave: This is a damselfly. Fairly well done, though. Not the greatest focus, and a very shallow DoF would have gone further in isolating the insect, making it really pop, but not altogether a bad shot at all. Unfortunately I checked out Kevin's PaD from yesterday, and this is a far superior shot, bra. Your buddy, MOG

I agree with You about Kevin. He's a pBase staple for me...I get on...check my comments...then go straight to Kevin's! ...and I agree with Kevin too...the dragons do seem to come to You! Are you feeding them?! Great shot! ~V~

See? You are the master of the dragons! V
