Come Out To Play!

After a lazy day catching up with unpacking etc., I decided to check out the spiders under the deck.
During the day they hide in the recesses but at night they sit in the middle of their webs waiting for
a passing snack to get caught! I find it amusing that I actually have a slight fear of spiders but for
some reason there's something intriguing getting so close and seeing so much detail, even to the point
where you can see the heave of their bodies depending on what they at doing.
I posted shot a while ago of the top side, so this is the underside.

I've been trying to get a good spider shot all month, without success so far. This one is fab! Well done.

Whew! these critters love to bite me and leave horrible marks. Beautiful image, though.

Facing your fear will show you they are more lovely than harmful !! I love this, Dave.

Very nice shot, it's making me itch though, seeing all those hairs in such detail!
