Floating On Air

Just a quick snap from the deck. For some reason the hummingbirds have been really skittish this year
and only appearing in the morning and evening when the light hasn't been great. This is the best I've
managed so far out of the few opportunities I've had so it'll have to do!! Maybe next time.........

I have never once nabbed a hummingbird shot! Too bad they're so skittish, :-P Outstanding.

This is a great capture Dave, no matter what you say! The hummingbirds here are few and far between this year too, so I have not got any good shots and would be proud to get one as good as yours.

Wow! If that is a quick snap I sure hope you don't look at my bird shots... This is amazing! i love the sense of motion, the colours and the perfect focus on the head of the bird. I never seem to quite manage that myself. Well, anyway, I love this one! Vote!
