Don't Fence Me In

These fences are everywhere, but I suspect on this occasion it was the yellow tops that appealed.
I'm guessing as the wire runs on the other side of the fence it may carry a charge.
Why "Don't Fence Me In"? My cell phone has been my fence for a week and finally it will stop
ringing again for another short while. Phew!!!
