I love the peaceful yet desolate landscape and the unsettled sky---it seems to signify change yet remain constant. Beautiful composition! Having just found this site of Dimitri Sokolenko is a joy and I thank my friend Pyskie for the link. I'll be back, having added the site to my favorites. From what I have seen, Dimitri, your father's talent is boundless. Thanks.

Dimitri, I comment this particular image because (for me) it is outstanding. However, your entire gallery is breathtaking. Stunning images and a joy to see.

Incredible capture, love the tones in the sky and the tree shape.

Those huge clouds are great! And I dunno about the other folks, but I like the tree just as is!

Breathtaking. I love the sky. I think the branch in the left hand corner enhances the structure of the tree - providing a closeup of the same pattern.

this is a great shot, but the top right hand corner, the tree branch is a distraction. Clone that badboy out and u got this one right on the $$
