The bad news? That yellow envelope contains a check for $40
to pay for a parking ticket. Erggg!

The good news? Somewhere in that stack is a big check that
pays off my car loan 18 months early. And now, for the first
time in probably at least 18 years, I'll have no car payment
(I leased for a long time, and finally decided to buy the
last car I leased).

Now I'm going to knock wood that some major repair doesn't
come my way for a while. :-)
