Balboa Park Administration Building

In 2003 Balboa Park was ranked as one of the Best Parks in the World
by the Project for Public Spaces. Also, The World Federation
of Rose Societies (WFRS) voted the Inez Grant Parker Memorial Rose Garden
(within the park) as one of the top 12 rose gardens in the world.
