I loved everything about this image, except the wires. Used the patch tool, rubber stamp, smudge tool, and paintbrush to cover them. The sky is a bit blotchy but in order to smooth it I would have had to remove the picture from the background and drop shadow...but I think you have the idea on how I approached the retouching!
