Sticky Rice and Chocolate Sheet Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting
2 1/2c sweet rice (rinsed & drained), @ 2c milk, splash of water, 3/4c sugar.
Bring to a boil, turn down cook till all liquid is absorbed adding more as needed @ 1/4c water at a time.
Spoon into 8x11 baking pan. Mix 1c packed brown sugar, 1/2 can coconut milk pour over rice.
Bake at between 350-400 F till brown and bubbly. Cool well.
