Used mostly PSP 8. Used the Clone and Scratch Removal tool. Copied baby and pasted on a canvas background using it's same color. Softened edges with the Soften brush. Sharpened eyes, dress adornments and edges (creases) with the sharpen brush. Used the Edge Perserving Smooth tool and also the JPEG artifact removal.

Copied/Made a New Image/Mirrored/Pasted as a new layer part of the nose and eyes.

In Photoshop Elements I used Color Variations and saved the image.
