The channel mixer makes great b/w conversions and if you export as a jpg PSP will retain the EXIF info if you request it to and you can also see how different percentages of compression will result in different size files so you can easily set the compression to fall within out 150kb range! Save for Web in Photoshop will not retain the EXIF info.
