Made from this recipe: http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/persimmon-bread-i/Detail.aspx Mine took 65 minutes to bake. The pulp came from my very first crop of homegrown persimmons. It took many years to get a crop, but it was well worth the wait. They are sweet and delicious as is this bread!
