I agree with Roy. Only thing I would change is the size of the glints...I might also cheat a bit and try placing them a little bit higher...like at 10 o'clock.

I prefer this original. The only detracting thing about this shot is that the eyes were not used as the main point of focus but even so it give the image a rather interesting and unique quality.
