I took this at The Butterfly Conservancy In Niagara Falls, Canada. It was the first time using a monopod for me and it was a lot more difficult than I thought. Still, hand holding a 200mm, camera, and flash probably would have been harder yet. Don't know the id as we had to leave quickly and missed the chance to photograph the chart.
