In with the new... MINI

I will miss that old truck.
181 thousand miles of interesting journey.
I was hoping for 200, but alas, not to be.
It has been all over America.
California to Florida and... Colorado.
Hahahahha, oh, inside joke for Buffy.
Anyways, it has always been reliable.
In all that time it was towed twice.
Both times for broken tie rods.
It lasted longer than my marriage ;-)
And today I drove it for the last time.
I have been through so much since I got it.
An entire decade of changes in my life.
I think that is why I will miss it.
It is not the truck itself...
It is the things I have done while owning it.
So now a dealership owns it.
It will be auctioned off to someone.
Will they fix it up or use the parts?
I can not answer that question.
For I no longer own it.
However, to salve my wounds...
To reduce the blow to my soul...
