All day every day

Twenty four hours a day.
Seven Days a week.
Three Hundred Sixty Five days a year.
For the last 20 years.
From what I understand that is how long.
She was a stones throw behind the White House.
From where she sat I could hit it with a wedge.
Probably a 56 degree wedge at that.
And I still didn't understand her.
I read her signs and listened.
She was pretty pissed off.
I still could not understand her though.
I think the term I would use is "rant".
I wonder who brings her food?
And what is it about this location?
Being behind the White House seems to bring it out.
People who hand out there are just a bit loony.
