Well that would be a brash statement.
There are a lot of omelets in the world.
What makes this one sooooo goooooood?
Well life is full of onions and peppers.
Sometimes onions can make you cry.
Sometimes peppers can make you laugh.
And sometimes you put them all in egg and cheese.
Cook it in a little bacon grease from the fresh bacon.
Add two forks and it is the best omelet ever.
