Drink them up, Yum
All I needed was a block of cheese.
Maybe some crackers or crusty bread.
Look closely and you can see the reds.
They are on the other side of the rack.
In its proper moderation wine just rocks.
Amazing things they can do with a grape.
On this side of the rack I am partial to chardonnays.
On the other side, merlot tickles my tongue.
That is kind of funny how it is the middle wines I like.
Blancs just don't zing enough and lack fruitiness.
Zins are just way to sweet for me.
I will however enjoy a cab with meat,
but it has to have a dark sauce with it.
Otherwise merlot is just perfect with steak.
If I had to pick my favorites?
Silverado Merlot, oh you betcha (best wine going in my book, worth the price).
And (shockingly) Kendall Jackson chardonnay.
Sure, others are good, but it is my mouth I am entertaining.
