Western Prototype Modelers Meet 2004

The Western Prototype Modelers Meet was held in La Habra, CA October 10, 2004. This was by far the largest crowd in terms of models and people we have ever had. The semi official count was 138 people including the staff and a few exhibitors.

We had 771 models. Almost half were engines with a Total 343 HO - 30 N. With over 110 prizes donated by 5 hobby shops, 6 publishers, and 11 manufacturers, we had a pretty good raffle.

On behalf of the WPM committee: Tim Costello, Tom Bacarella, Brian Kreimendahl, Joe D'elia, Elden Gatwood, Chris Palomarez, Mike Mucklin, Thom Anderson, Don DeLay and myself, I want to express our thanks. See you next year.

Hi where are the pic's on Joe Pregents Table...???? Torys Tank Train Cars are there...some of Joe's ore car's......but!!!!his work on the 45T-2s is perfect!....there was even bicentennial 45T-2 there!!....it was perfect...all those colors on a one piece plastic model was very impressive....

Thanks DH-man for uploading all of these. I have more pics if you want some more and of course Harry is loaded with how many hundred model photos as well. Damn, I knew my hair would somehow show up in this gallery. Revenge for two years of identical cheesy WPM Hussey Hawaiian shirts I see...
