Kha, Israeli and Palestinian extremists make similar statements to your one. Like you they say all the land belongs to them and nothing to anybody else. My advice to you is try to be good. Try to include as many as peoples as possible in your circle of understanding and compassion.

The previous comment is from someone who doesn't realize that "everyone" in Israel is forced to be a soldier as a matter of survival in the Middle East. Nobody loves to do that job but it's either that, for self-protection, or cease to exist as a country.

I like travel galleries that concentrate on people instead of an architecture - this kind of images is always much more impressive ! I am not very good at capturing people portraits when I travel, but I'm trying to get there.

Excellent gallery, thank you for sharing. Although I live in Israel and know this country and the people very well, this gallery presented Israel to me in a totally different way.

Menno, I am not Jewish and it is culturally easy to take these photos. When people know you respect them it is no problem. Just be aware of religious restrictions -- but if you are not, you'll certainly be told right away ;-)
