The cliffs in evening light. There was a stiff breeze and the pelicans were gliding into the wind without flapping their wings much but were still moving fast. How do they do that?
The strawberry, cabbage and artichoke fields run down right to the edges of the cliffs and are punctuated by old redwood sheds and small barns.
