Trying to invisibly work flash into lower-light indoors. This is one twenty-fifth of a second at f/4.5 with the Tamron 90mm macro lens, with a bounced flash fired off a very high ceiling....it's not working....this lacks punch as a straight conversion,and needs much more "oomph".
