Here is Meg at the summit of the second highest mountain in the UK.....so I reckon that unless someone had a dog at the summit of Ben Nevis at the same time (unlikely) then Meg was the highest of the 11 million dogs in the UK at that point (land based of course). Now if that ain't worth a massive dog biscuit (for Meg) then I don't know what is...well done girl !.
