"The Caterpillar Hunter" Children's Play at Library

The Cape May County Library is delighted to invite children to a play, “The Caterpillar Hunter,” presented by the Traveling Lantern Theatre Company. The play is part of the library’s summer program “Catch the Reading Bug” and is suitable for children of all ages.

“The Caterpillar Hunter” is based on the beloved character of the late STEVE IRWIN. The Caterpillar Hunter shrinks himself and sets off to explore the terrain, pursuing elusive bugs and strange herbage in the wild recesses of a common North American vegetable garden

Play performances are on Wednesday, July 2nd at the following libraries:
• 10 a.m. – Lower Township Public Library, 2600 Bayshore Rd., Villas (886-8999)
• 2 p.m. – Upper Township Public Library, 2050 Route 631, Petersburg (628-2607)
• 6:30 p.m. – Main Library, 30 Mechanic St., Cape May Court House (463-6354)

Traveling Lantern has been educating and entertaining children nationwide for twenty years. Their mission is to bring great stories to children, to draw them into an active theater experience, to excite their minds and to tickle their imaginations.
