I was not planning on going to Fulton County today. But I lost me cell phone Sunday. After I found it in a park, I saw Shad Hill on the way home. Usually it is full of cars. Since they are putting a new parking lot in, I thought it would make a good photo even with the rainy sky and storms moving in.
